If you wish to request a refund for a booked service, please follow these guidelines:

1. Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Processing: The refund amount will be credited to the source account within 7-8 business days

3. No-Show: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
